Due to the popularity of our programs, parents are encouraged to enquire about the availability of places as soon as you become aware that you might need daycare for your infant or child.
If we have available spaces, you may be asked to fill out several enrollment forms. However, if you are waiting for a place, we ask you to complete the Wait List Form and send it to us via email or regular mail. There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee per child to be placed on this list and this is normally submitted via check.
Your Enrollment Visit
As space becomes available, you will be invited to come in to visit the program. Once you have visited with us, you will have 48 hours to decide if you want the available space. If we know that a space will be available at a specific date in the future and you wish to reserve that space, a deposit of $100 will be charged, applicable to the first month’s tuition. If you decide not to enroll at the time of your visit, you may stay on the waiting list for a future opening at no extra charge.
The Enrollment Forms
Once you have decided to enroll, you will be given enrollment forms to be completed prior to your child’s first day. You will also be given a medical history/physical form to be completed by your physician prior to attendance. Medical forms and enrollment forms must be updated annually.
Child’s Visiting Day
We will also arrange for your child to have a “visiting day” prior to their first day of attendance. This will usually be a couple of hours in the morning when you can leave your child so that s/he has the experience of being left here and being picked up again.
There is no discrimination as to race, color, sex, religion, ethnic group, or national origin. Children are accepted without regard to family income.
